Overview

Each year an institution (university or high school) executes the MOAS exercise by serving as support staff. This section is to be used as a training guide to familiarize the support staff and all participants with the operation, the development of resolutions, and with procedures for registration. In addition, a training session is conducted by the MOAS Coordinator for those institutions assigned this responsibility and any institution desiring to serve as General Secretariat Staff should contact the MOAS Coordinator's office.
