Order of Procedural Motions
Article 48
Except as provided in
Article 45, the following motions shall have precedence, in the
order set forth below, over all other proposals or motions:
Highest
Ranking:
- Suspension of the
session;
- Adjournment of the
session;
- Suspension of
debate to table the topic under consideration;
- Closure of debate
on the topic under consideration.
