III. Secretary General
Article 13
The Secretary General of
the Model participates with voice but without vote in the
deliberations of the Model OAS General Assembly.
Article 14
The Secretary General of
the Model shall work in close cooperation with the Coordinator
and the Model OAS General Secretariat Staff and President in
order to ensure that proceedings run smoothly and efficiently. In
addition, the Secretary General shall preside at the Closing
Ceremony.
