II. President

Article 10

A special Plenary Session shall be scheduled prior to the Closing Plenary Session for the express purpose of electing the President and Secretary General for the subsequent session of the Model OAS General Assembly. These officers shall serve for the duration of the Model session for which they have been elected.

Article 11

The Head Delegates shall be Vice Presidents ex-officio of the Model and shall replace the President in the event of his/her absence or disability, in accordance with the Order of Precedence.
