Observers
Article 5
Schools may be allowed to
attend the Model as Observers, without vote, voice, or
eligibility for election. These observers shall be bound by the
Rules of Procedure for the Model.
Article 6
Each observer school
should, however, be prepared to represent any member state if it
should become necessary. In such a case, it shall assume the
rights, privileges, and responsibilities of the corresponding
country delegation.
