Structure of the Department of Human Resources


The Department of Human Resources (DHR) supports the management cadre and staff members of the General Secretariat, performing as a strategic partner, who will not only understand and attend their needs, but is committed to their success. 

The DHR is now composed of 4 areas:

  1. HR Operations which is comprised of 5 staffers that have been assigned to perform as Human Resources Consultants within specific areas of the General Secretariat.

  2. Compensation and Benefits

  3. Organizational Development

  4. Insurance Office/Health Unit

Also, the DHR is collaborating in the CIDA/STAMP Project.
