Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Observation Mission to Elections in Guatemala Begins Preliminary Visit

The Chief of the Electoral Observation of the Organization of American States (EOM) to the elections in Guatemala, Juan Pablo Corlazzoli García, begins today his work in the country related to the general elections and elections to the Central American Parliament on September 6.
During his stay, Corlazzoli will meet with the President of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, Rudy Marlon Pineda Ramírez, with whom he will sign the agreement on the procedures of the Mission. He will also meet with candidates, government officials, and members of the international community.
Since the general election of 1970, the OAS has observed 16 electoral processes in Guatemala.
