Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Welcomes Agreement on Agrarian Issues Reached by the Government of Colombia and the FARC

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States, José Miguel Insulza, welcomed the agreement reached on agrarian issues between the government of Colombia and the FARC, noting that "this is a positive step in the process to achieve peace in Colombia after several decades of conflict in that country."
The Secretary General also voiced his hope that "this first agreement opens the way for other substantive agreements on other outstanding issues on the negotiating agenda."
