Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Message of the Secretary General on the Beginning of Dialogue between the Colombian Government and the National Liberation Army (ELN)

The beginning, this Wednesday, of a public dialogue between the Government of Colombia and the National Liberation Army (ELN) represents a concrete and encouraging step toward a peace that has been sought for decades—by the Colombian people, by our hemisphere, and by the entire world. We wish them every success.
This announcement gives new impetus to the peace process in Colombia. I’m convinced that with everyone’s willingness, it will be possible to find points of consensus and mechanisms that ensure a comprehensive and lasting peace.
Colombia can count on all of the support, mechanisms, and resources of the Organization of American States in order to move toward peace with equity. The work that the OAS Mission to Support the Peace Process in Colombia (MAPP/OAS) has been carrying out for more than a decade attests to our commitment. Count on us.
