Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Guatemala: OAS Secretary General Supports Call of President Morales for National Dialogue

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, today supported the call for a national dialogue made by the President of Guatemala, Jimmy Morales.
Almagro and Morales also discussed education projects, and other issues related to the current political context.
“We support the initiative of President Morales to call for a national dialogue. We also agreed that I will visit his country,”said Secretary General Almagro.
They also discussed the agenda of human rights, social conflicts, combating child malnutrition and the challenges facing the economy of the Central American country.
President Morales highlighted the role of the OAS as a facilitator of political dialogue and a coordinator of hemispheric issues.
