OAS Permanent Council to Host UNESCO Special Envoy for Haiti

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will meet in a special session on Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Simón Bolívar Hall of Organization headquarters in Washington, DC, to host the UNESCO Special Envoy for Haiti, Michaëlle Jean.
