Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Meeting of Consultation of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the OAS

The Meeting of Consultation of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of American States (OAS) to discuss the inviolability of the diplomatic premises of Ecuador in London will be held tomorrow, Friday, August 24, 2012 in the Hall of the Americas at the headquarters of the organization in Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 11:00 EDT (15:00 GMT).
The meeting will be broadcast live on the OAS Website.
Access
The press will enter through the front door of the OAS building on 17th St. & Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC 20006. The press accreditation, previously requested and approved by the OAS Press and Communications Department, can be collected by presenting an official identification document and a document identifying the media outlet. Credentials can still be applied for by following the instructions here.
We ask journalists that, in order to avoid overcrowding, they please enter the building before 9:00 EDT (13:00 GMT).
Coverage of the Meeting
Space for journalists in the Hall of the Americas is strictly limited and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Those journalists who are not able to find a space in the Hall of the Americas will be able to follow the meeting though monitors in the San Martin Room of the same building.
Opportunities for video and photos
Photographers and cameramen who wish to do so will be able to take images of the authorities at the beginning of the meeting.
During the meeting, the circulation of photographers and cameramen will be limited to areas designated by the OAS Press and Communications Department.
Live video signal and recordings
Media interested in obtaining the live feed of the meeting may do so via satellite, fiber optic line, webcast or on-site recording. There will also be recordings of the meeting available after its conclusion. Full details are available here.
