OAS Policy Roundtable to Analyze Current Trends of the “Power Shifts in Latin America"

Analysts and academics from the region will gather on Friday, May 31 at the headquarters of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington, DC to take part in the 51st OAS Policy Roundtable on "Power Shifts in Latin America: Current Trends.”

The event, which aims to present different perspectives on the changes that are currently happening in regional geopolitics, will feature the participation of the Chairman of Global Solutions, Podesta Group Company and Former Ambassador of Mexico to the United States Arturo Sarukhan; the Founder and Managing Director of Restrepo Strategies, LLC and Former Senior Director for the Western Hemisphere at the United States National Security Council Dan Restrepo; and Laurence Whitehead, Fellow in Politics at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. The panel will be presented by the Chief of Staff of the OAS Secretary General, Ambassador Hugo de Zela.
