OAS Permanent Council to Discuss ”Vulnerability and Resilience: a Crosscutting Approach”

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Friday, March 22 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in Simon Bolívar Hall at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC to discuss “Vulnerability and Resilience: a Crosscutting Approach.”

The Council will receive presentations from the Chair of the Council of Delegates of the Inter-American Defense Board, Brigadier General Luis Rodríguez Bucio of the Mexican Army; and the Special Rapporteur on Economic, Social, Cultural, and Environmental Rights (SRESCER) of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), Soledad García Muñoz, among others.
