Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Special General Assembly for the Election of the Secretary General and Assistant Secretary General of the OAS

The Forty-Ninth Special Session of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS) will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, in the Hall of the Americas of the headquarters of the Organization in Washington, DC. At 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) the election for the post of Secretary General of the OAS will take place, and at 16:00 EDT (20:00 GMT) the election of the Assistant Secretary General.
Media wishing to cover the meeting should RSVP before March 17 to [email protected], detailing their full name and media they represent.
For logistical reasons, the press must enter the building through the main entrance of the OAS building located at 17th & Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20006, from 09:00 EDT (13:00 GMT). Workplaces for the media will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
