OAS and CCAT-LAT Organize the Eighth South School on Internet Governance and Cyber Security

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the High Technology Training Center for Latin America and the Caribbean (CCAT-LAT) will organize, from March 29th to April 1st, the Eighth South School on Internet Governance, a course on internet governance, at OAS headquarters in Washington DC.

The event, which brings together distinguished hemispheric and global leaders on the issue, seeks to train new opinion leaders in matters related to internet governance, with a global perspective and with a special emphasis on the Latin America and Caribbean context.

The Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, will open the event, together with Oscar Messano, Vice-President of LACNIC, and President of CCAT-LAT.
