Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

New Representative of Peru to the OAS Presents Credentials

The new Permanent Representative of Peru to the Organization of American States (OAS), Vicente Zeballos, today presented his credentials to the Secretary General of the Organization, Luis Almagro, during a virtual ceremony.
Ambassador Zeballos said that the crisis caused by COVID-19 reaffirms the importance of "collective action, cooperation and the principles that the OAS embodies." He also added that "the public health emergency that has forced us to reconfigure the hemispheric agenda must not distract us from a fundamental issue, the defense and promotion of democracy in the region.”
For his part, Secretary General Almagro recalled the central role that Peru played in the approval of the Inter-American Democratic Charter and the promotion of the values of the Organization. “Ambassador Zeballos, your presentation clearly reflects the strong commitment of Peru to the Inter-American system and its fundamental role in the defense of democracy in the Hemisphere,” added Secretary General Almagro.
Before to his appointment to the OAS, Ambassador Zeballos served as Chair of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Member of Congress and Mayor, among other positions.
