Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Receives New IACHR Executive Secretary

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, this morning received the new Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Commission for Human Rights (IACHR), Emilio Álvarez Icaza, at the headquarters of the organization in Washington, DC.
During the meeting, the two discussed the current issues in the region. Also present was the Chief of Staff of the Secretary General, Ambassador Hugo de Zela.
Secretary General Insulza designated Álvarez Icaza for the office on Thursday, pursuant to the powers granted to him by Article 40 of the American Convention on Human Rights and Article 21, paragraph 3 of the Statute of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
