Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Saint Lucia Foreign Minister

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saint Lucia, Alva Baptiste, with whom he talked about current political affairs and the activities of the hemispheric organization.
The head of the OAS and the Caribbean Minister, who is on his first official visit to OAS headquarters in Washington, DC, representative of the new government, talked about new possibilities for cooperation, the Sixth Summit of the Americas, to be held in April in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, and relations between the OAS and CARICOM, among other issues.
