Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Participates in MERCOSUR Meeting

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, traveled to Montevideo, Uruguay, to participate in the XLII Regular Meeting of the Common Market Council and in the MERCOSUR Summit of Presidents and Associated States, being held in that country on December 19 and 20, 2011. The official activity of the meeting began with a meeting of the Council presided by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, Luis Almagro, in which participated Foreign Ministers, National Coordinators and Associated States.
The presidential-level meeting also was attended by foreign ministers, ministers of the economy and special guests from international organizations. In the framework of the event, Secretary General Insulza held bilateral meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Antonio de Aguilar Patriota, and with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, Luis Almagro.
