Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Secretary General of the OAS Meets with the Incoming President of the Inter-American Defense Board

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the incoming President of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) for the period of 2011-2013, Major General of the Canadian Air Force Guy Thibault.
At the meeting, Major General Thibault voiced his interest in continuing to work in coordination with the OAS on matters of defense, and expressed his eagerness to begin his new position, which he will assume this coming June 30th. The Secretary General said that he is pleased with the work the Organization and the IADB are developing together.
During the gathering they bid farewell to the outgoing President of the Board, the Lieutenant General of the Brazilian Air Force, José Roberto Machado e Silva, who thanked the Secretary General for all of the support the regional organization provided during the two years he held the job.
