Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Guatemala

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Guatemala, José Roberto Alejos, and with the Permanent Representative of Guatemala to the OAS, Jorge Skinner-Klee, in his office in Washington, DC.
During the meeting the authorities spoke about issues of security in the hemisphere, in particular on the need to strengthen the legislative power, the role of national congresses in following up to the conclusions of the summit of the Central American Integration System (SICA) on security, and the importance of a joint and coordinated fight against crime, among other topics.
