Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS and Colombia Sign Agreement to Hold Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Government of Colombia this week signed an agreement to hold the Fifth Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology in Medellín on November 2 – 3, 2017.
The agreement was signed by the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, and the Deputy Director General of the Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (COLCIENCIAS), Alejandro Olaya Dávila. The ceremony was attended by the Permanent Representative of Colombia to the OAS, Andrés González Díaz.
The theme of the meeting will be “Science, technology and innovation as pillars of transformation in the Americas.”
