Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Hosts Event in Honor of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega

The Organization of American States (OAS) today hosted a forum titled “The Unfinished Voyage of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega,” that included a keynote address by Doctor Max Hernández Camarero, and a presentation by Secretary General Luis Almagro.
During the event, held at OAS headquarters in Washington DC, Hernández discussed the life and enduring impact of De la Vega on the Americas. The conference also featured the participation of the alternate representative of Perú, Minister José Luis Gonzales, and closing remarks by the Permanent Observer of Spain to the OAS, Jorge Hevia.
The event was presented by the OAS together with the Mission of Peru to the OAS, and the Observer Mission of Spain to the OAS.
