Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Special General Assembly of the OAS Approves 2016 Budget

The Special General Assembly of the Organization of American States today approved the 2016 Program Budget of the regular fund of the hemispheric body.
The General Assembly, which took place today at OAS headquarters in Washington DC, was led by the Permanent Representative of Barbados to the OAS, Ambassador John Beale, who presides over the Commission on Budgetary and Administrative Affairs of the Permanent Council.
In his words during the meeting, Secretary General Luis Almagro highlighted that the document “marks a turning point that leads us decisively toward a program model aligned with objectives and results which will allow us to more accurately measure the impact of the Organization in each of these pillars at the hemispheric level and at the level of member states, and the results of hemispheric actions of an interdependent nature I have been leading.”
