Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with the President of Haiti

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel insulza, met today with the President of Haiti, Michel Martelly, in the context of his official visit to the country.
During the meeting, the two discussed the preparations for the upcoming legislative elections in the country, the importance of the presence of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) during the process, and the issue of migration between Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
During his official visit, Secretary General Insulza has also met with the Prime Minister, Evans Paul, and the Minister of Defense, Lener Renauld.
