Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Secretary General Met with Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation

The Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands, Lilianne Ploumen, received the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, in her office in the Hague.
During the meeting, Minister Ploumen highlighted Secretary General Insulza´s work at the head of the OAS, during what she called a decade of significant change for Latin America and the Caribbean. For his part, Insulza expressed his gratitude for the strategic support of the Netherlands to the OAS, especially in projects like the Judicial Facilitators Program and the Mission to Support the Peace Process (MAPP) in Colombia.
Both officials also exchanged views on the political situation in the region, the operation of the Inter-American System and especially the next Summit of the Americas, to be held in April in Panama.
