Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Chief of Cabinet of the President of Argentina

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met on Thursday afternoon with Jorge Capitanich, Chief of Cabinet of the President of Argentina, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, with whom he exchanged views on Inter-American relations and the economic challenges in the region.
During the meeting, which took place at Capitanich’s office, Secretary General Insulza shared his analysis on recent developments in the fields of security, development and democracy that have happened in the Americas, and the prospects for the countries of the region in 2015 and for the post-2015 development agenda.
For his part Capitanich welcomed the visit of the head of the hemispheric institution and reiterated his country’s support and commitment to the work and relevance of the OAS.
