Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the President of Trinidad and Tobago, Anthony Thomas Carmona, in the framework of the VIII Americas Competitiveness Forum, to be inaugurated tonight in Port of Spain.
During the meeting, the two discussed the current hemispheric context, the cooperation programs between the hemispheric institution and the Caribbean country and the issues to be debated in the Forum, whose central theme is "The Human Imagination at Work: Driving Competitiveness, Powering Innovation."
