Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General meets with US Assistant Secretary for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the US Assistant Secretary for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, William Brownfield, at the forty-sixth special session of the OAS General Assembly, which is taking place today in Guatemala City.
The pair discussed the main theme of the General Assembly session, namely the world drug problem in the Americas, and, more broadly, the current political situation in the Hemisphere, among other matters.
The special session of the General Assembly concludes today, Friday, September 19.
