Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the former Governor of the US state of New Mexico, Bill Richardson, with whom he discussed the main issues on the regional agenda.
The former Governor of New Mexico was Special Envoy of the OAS Secretary General for Hemispheric Affairs from 2006 to 2007, an appointment he resigned to run in the pre-candidacy phase of the United States presidential election.
