Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Secretary General Met with the President of the Dominican Republic

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the President of the Dominican Republic, Danilo Medina, in the context of the XLIII Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Central American Integration System (SICA), which will take place tomorrow in the Caribbean country.
During the meeting, Secretary General Insulza and President Medina discussed the political context in the Hemisphere and the central themes of the SICA Summit, among other issues.
Also present at the meeting were the Minister of the Presidency Gustavo Montalvo and Deputy Foreign Minister José Manuel Trullols.
