Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Delegation Meets with the President of Haiti in Preparation for Meeting of Ministers of Culture of the Americas in August

A delegation from the Organization of American States (OAS) today met with the President of Haiti, Michel Martelly, and the country’s new Minister of Culture, Monique Rocourt, during a working visit to the Caribbean country.
The meeting was held with the aim of preparing for the next Meeting of Ministers of Culture of the Americas, to be held in Port-au-Prince on August 12-13.
In addition to President Martelly and Minister Rocourt, the meeting also included the OAS Director of the Department of Economic and Social Development, Maryse Robert, and the Director General of the Ministry of Culture of Haiti, Stefan Malebranche, among others.
