Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with the Foreign Minister of Panama

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met with Foreign Minister of Panama, Francisco Álvarez de Soto, in the framework of his visit to Panama City to participate in the World Economic Forum on Latin America
Secretary General Insulza and Foreign Minister Alvarez de Soto discussed the regional political situation and the agenda of the next OAS General Assembly to take place in Paraguay in the first week of June.
During his participation in the Forum, the head of the hemispheric Organization shared views with senior officials of the region in private talks to reflect on the most important issues that concern the countries of Latin America such as public security and others.
