Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

According to the Concept Paper CP/CAAP-3368/15 rev. 1, the Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Affairs (CAAP) recommends the establishment of a Permanent Council ad-hoc Working Group on the Implementation of the Strategic Plan for Management Modernization, hereafter called MMI-WG (GT-IMG in Spanish, and for classification purposes), to consider the recommendations of the Strategic Plan for Management Modernization.
Numeral II Objectives of the ad-hoc Working Group:
To review and further develop the Plan and Chronology for implementation of the Strategic Plan for Management Modernization (CP/doc.5085/14) and the areas of responsibilities assigned by the General Secretariat.
To develop, in consultation with the General Secretariat, a framework (performance measurement framework including costs) for the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Management Modernization, focusing on recommendations, which shall require member states’ agreement.
To identify potential challenges to the implementation of the recommendations of the Strategic Plan and develop strategies to mitigate them, and make recommendations to the Permanent Council.
To present the results of the MMI-WG to the Permanent Council no later than March 31, 2016.
