Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The Permanent Council, in its resolution CP/RES. 1279 (2539/25) "Place, Date and Theme of the Fifty-fifth regular session of the General Assembly" in its resolutive paragrah 1 "To determine that the fifty-fifth regular session of the General Assembly will be held in St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, from June 25 to 27, 2025."
