XII meeting of the Conference Preparatory Working Group (WGCP)

The XII meeting of the Conference Preparatory Working Group (WGCP) will have its first session on November 5, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. (Vega Conference Center, Sungate Port Royal Hotel, Atria Room), in Antalya, Turkey. We remind you that, at the PP-06 discussion group of CITEL’s online electronic forum, updated information is being made available to prepare for the 2006 Plenipotentiary Conference, including proposals that the region’s Administrations are sending to the Conference, and that CITEL is being requested to disseminate. The draft Agenda of the meeting is:

1. Adoption of the Draft Agenda.

2. Status of the draft Inter-American Proposals (DIAP) and the Inter-American Proposals (IAP).

3. Presentation and follow-up of the Inter-American Proposals at PP-06.

4. Proposals and positions of other regions – CITEL’s views and responses.

5. Report of the additional Session of the Council.

6. Venue and date of the next session.

7. Other matters.
