Number portability and Telecommunication International Regulations
will be held on September 20 and 21, 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm and 9:00 am to
12:30 pm respectively. In particular, we would like to point out
that the Workshop on Telecommunication International Regulations has
changed its time. Taking into account the interest of these Workshops,
it was decided to do their webcasting. Please go to the address of
CITEL in Internet (http://citel.oas.org/citel_i.asp) where there will
be a link to be able to follow these important events on line. Please
