OAS Secretary General Offers Collaboration
to Honduras on Prison Issues

THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE OAS, José Miguel Insulza, offered the support from the Organization to the government of Honduras to collaborate towards solving the prison problems in that country, following the dramatic events of the fire in the Comayagua prison that caused the deaths of more than 350 people.

Study Concludes that Perception of Insecurity Erodes Support for Democracy
