40. Prison occupancy rate (percentage)
"PRISON OCCUPANCY RATE" means the total prison population held in prisons, penal institutions or correctional institutions as a PERCENTAGE of the intended official capacity figure of the said prisons, penal institutions or correctional institutions. This percentage is the occupancy rate and it shows whether a prison system holds more persons than it is intended to, and if so, by how much [(Prison population * 100) / Official capacity].
