Enrique Bello Rebagliati is Principal Agricultural Economist for the
Department of Sustainable Development of the Organization
of American States. He has degrees from the University of Tennessee in
Knoxville, and the Universidad Nacional Agraria, in Lima, Peru. He has
more than 15 years of experience in environmental management and
integrated regional development planning, collaborating with DSD since
1987 in technical assistance projects and training activities. He is
currently Assistant Division Chief for Central and South America,
helping to oversee the planning and execution of integrated water
resource management projects in the hemisphere.
