Andrew Giron joined the Department
of Sustainable Development (DSD) in July 2007 as a Research Assistant and
ICT Specialist working on the technical management of the Inter-American
Network for Disaster Mitigation (INDM) in particular.
Mr. Giron obtained a double Major
Degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Harding University in
Searcy, Arkansas in 2006. Prior to joining the DSD, Mr. Giron worked
in the health Care industry as a Software Developer and Analyst at Lavender
& Wyatt Systems, Inc.
In the summer of 2005, Mr. Giron
completed an internship with the DSD during which he worked as Web master of
the DSD Web portal.
Mr. Giron is fluent in English,
French, and Spanish. |
