Technical Secretariat

The DSD/OAS serves as the Technical Secretariat of the Network, being responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the decisions of the Management Board. The Technical Secretariat also supports the Management Board in all administrative matters. The DSD/OAS will appoint a NHRR specialist who acts as the Technical Secretary and reports directly to the co-Chairs of the Management Board.
