PROPOSALS (RFPs)
For the
Development of Value-Added Tools for Decision-Making
Methodology:
-
Each
evaluator should read each proposal individually and fill out the
Evaluation Form. Please note that
there is a space for qualitative comments in row 23 of the evaluation
form.
-
Upon
completing the evaluation of all proposals, each evaluator must submit
their Evaluation Form to Richard Huber at
rhuber@oas.org and Carolina Peña at
cpena@oas.org not later than May 30th, 2008.
-
The maximum score is 250
points where the administrative aspects account for up to 30% of the score
and the technical aspects of the proposal account for up to 70% of the
total score.
