1. Summary: |
The Ministry of
Environment of El Salvador has decided to adopt the information system
that has developed the Brazilian Government through the Ministry of
Environment to collect data and manage protected areas, since it is a
comprehensive database holding the advantage that the database will
automatically feed the global database on protected areas WDPA,
developed by UNEP-WCMC. The ministry is committed to the exchange of
data through an automatic mechanism and interoperable, as well as
cooperation with other countries. |
