1. Summary: |
This
project raises as an answer to an identified and expressed need, by the
different governmental, non governmental and academic institutions, that
were participants in the different workshops that took place during the
pilot Project and will be in others to come. What is looking forward
with it, is to produce a change in the found situation of the
information dispersion about biodiversity and specially those related to
the invasive exotic species, which makes difficult their effective
management. As main objectives they have the rebuilt of the database;
the information survey, actualization and insertion; to establish a
digital photographic register; database sharing; to train the ones
involved, as well as the homogenization of the national database with
the one of the other participant countries in the IABIN Net. |
