1.      Summary:

The digitalization of the information of it’s collection, summarized in a web-card per species, for its free distribution in the IABIN web. The standards and protocols adopted for the elaboration of the database are the referenced in the Species and specimen tematic network (SSTN). We estimate that a total of 1000 species web-cards , for 26 000 records, will be done and digitalized according to Plinian Core standards for taxa of birds, reptiles, amphibians and acuatic invertebrates. The database will be adapted to the TAPIR protocol for its electronic distribution. The generated product will be an ingredient that will contribute with the management politics and conservation of species in Peru, in addition to be part a new education tool for the biodiversity of Peru, one of it’s most important natural herritage.
