1.      Summary:

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the regulatory frame work to promote the Web Service installed on the server on the University Tennessee granting users searching through the IABIN Catalog about the existent information at the ETN data base. Also, to access approximately 3000 records (metadata in Dublin Core for the Terrestrial, Marine and Fresh Water Ecosystems) from the ETN to the IABIN Catalog. Each of the classifications will relate a WMS map, with each of the ecosystems organized with a unique ID number in the standard format.
