Summary: |
The main goal of this project is to digitallize and publish the database of about 29.750
specimens that is composed by the general insect collection, the
Colombian Anopheles
collection, the ants, staphilinids and arachnids of the Cauca
river valley, the syrphid flies and robber flies from the Natural
Parks of Colombia and,the collection of gerrids of
Southwestern Colombia
Database will be generated under the Darwin Core parameters. Database
will be available via home page of the Entomological Research Group
http://entomologia.univalle.edu.co/-
and
through distributed search system of SiB Colombia, coordinated by the
Research Biological Resources Institute Alexander von Humboldt and will
be periodically updated. |
