The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the regulatory framework to (i) create a tool in order to provide information to the I3N Catalog from distributed I3N databases (ii) test the tools and make corrections to problems found and (iii) write a user manual and thereby increase the availability of biodiversity information through IABIN.
